PHIL-US EXPO '08 INFORMATION

SPECIAL EVENTS & ACTIVITIES

This year is an event to reach the entire Filipino and other nation’s family to enjoy and have business at the same time to meet more artists, to hear live bands, to taste various Asian foods, with 100% full entertainment and showcase.  It’s a two-day event.

LOCATION

The Phil-US Expo ’08 will be held at The Armory, in the heart of Jersey City New Jersey.  It is conveniently near to all major transportation centers with public transportation available from New York City provided by the NJ Transit Rail and commuter bus system as well as via Amtrak.

BOOTHS

Single and double unit stands available for accommodation.  Inclusion:  10x10 size with pipes and drapes, 1 table with skirt and 2 chairs, company ID signage, 2 exhibitor badges and complimentary tickets.

BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS AND FURNISHINGS & DECORS

Booth locations for exhibitors should be a first come first serve basis in order of payment and receipt of application.  Exhibitors may use their own furnishings and decors, provided they observe rules, safety and fire regulations.

SECURITY

The Phil-US Expo ‘08 management for general supervision and checking of admission tickets and badges will provide security.

PROMOTIONAL PLAN

Personalized invitation, official entry badges, Complimentary entrance tickets and media kits will be sent in all regular attendees, organization members, media buyers.  There will be successive exposure in advertising such as television, radio, newspaper and print ads such as posters and flyers, events announcement will be aired local and international channels and various radio stations.

There will be a free entry for seniors and children under 7 years old and military personnel.
